All sales are final, as each piece is uniquely handcrafted. However, if there is any issue with your item, please contact us right away. We'll do everything we can to make it right.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, but custom order pieces take longer. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your item is on the way.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S. However, if you see something you love from abroad, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to explore options and see if we can make it happen for you.

We currently do not offer any selections in silver. All of our jewelry pieces are made using 14k gold-filled materials, which are durable and high quality. Check out our Jewelry Care page for more information on how to care for your items.

Every shell, piece of seaglass, coral frag, or shark tooth used is hand-collected straight from the shore or found snorkeling (NEVER taken from living creatures). Most are found along the beaches of South Florida, but some treasures come from travels to beautiful coastlines around the world. Each piece carries a bit of the ocean's story with it. Jess C Shells will always be transparent about where our materials are sourced.
